Movli — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Movli ("the app"), developed by Seongseon Jeong ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Movli, you agree to these terms.

What Movli is

Movli is a fetal movement (kick) counting and pattern-tracking tool. It records what you tell it — kick timestamps, intensity, notes — and shows you summaries and trends based on that data.

Not a medical device. Movli is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not monitor your baby, does not detect medical emergencies, and makes no medical claims. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance on fetal movement monitoring, and contact them immediately — not the app — if you have any concern about your baby's movement, or any other medical concern. If you believe you're experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room.

Free with optional premium

Movli is free to download and use. Core features — kick counting, history, and iCloud sync — are always free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks premium features (advanced insights and PDF export). Premium features are available free for the first 7 days after install; after that, they require the one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no ads.

Your data

You own the data you enter into Movli. See the Privacy Policy for how it's stored and synced. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log — the app can only reflect what you tell it.

Acceptable use

Use Movli only for its intended purpose of personal fetal movement tracking. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

No warranty

Movli is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pattern or insight it shows is medically accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seongseon Jeong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Movli, including any reliance on information the app displays.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update Movli and these terms over time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
